KHA Continuity provides a variety of training events designed to enable organisations introduce or improve BCM. All training events are based on BS25999 and are configured to meet clients needs and are run on client premises. Subjects covered: Introducing BCM into your organisation. A half day event targeted at executives and senior managers. Implementing BCM. A full day event designed to prepare operational staff who have to develop BC Plans Exercising and Maintaining Continuity Plans. A half day event to ensure BC Plans are valid and remain current. Training is provided by John Sharp who, as well as providing training for public and private organisations, is an Associate Course Director delivering BCM courses at the UK's Emergency Planning College.
